SHIPPING (US ONLY)
Shipping is available for small balloon arrangements only. We offer 2-day priority shipping. Your balloon arrangement will be shipped 2-3 days after placing your order unless you select a future date. A shipping fee will apply.

LOCAL DELIVERIES
Deliveries will take place on the following days and times:
Monday - Thursday 9 am to 2 pm
Friday - Sunday 10 am to 4 pm

PICK UPS
Please keep in mind that True K Events is a home-based business. A pick-up must be scheduled between the following:
Monday - Thursday 10 am to 1 pm
Friday & Saturday 10 am to 2 pm
The pickup address will be provided through email/text once your order is ready for pickup. The pickup address is by E Tropical Pkwy & N Lamb Blvd
