Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all small balloon arrangements. We only ship within the US.

SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)

Only certain style balloons are available for shipping. (All other items are available for shipping). We offer 2-day priority shipping for balloon arrangements. Your balloon arrangement will be shipped 2-3 days after placing your order unless you select a future date. A shipping fee will apply.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Deliveries take place on the following days and times:

Monday - Thursday 3pm to 6:30 pm

Friday - Saturday 8:30 am to 5 pm

Sunday - Closed

PICK UPS

Please keep in mind that True K Events is a home-based business. A pickup must be scheduled between the following:

Monday - Thursday 3pm to 6:30 pm

Friday - Saturday 8:30 am to 5 pm

Sunday - Closed

The pickup address will be provided through email/text once your order is ready for pickup. The pickup address is by E Tropical Pkwy & N Lamb Blvd

International Shipping

Internation shipping is not available. We only ship within the US.
